We are looking for a competent Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. Our ideal candidate needs to have talent in sales and experience in customer service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Your primary duties and responsibilities as Account Executive are as follows:

• To offer, promote and sell the company's existing and future products and services to the domestic and international markets;

• To employ the sales and marketing strategies, practices and procedure learned through any of the company's training programs in order to promote and sell the company's existing and future products and services;

• To complement the company's sales and marketing strategies, practices and procedure with one's own knowledge, skills and expertise that are not contrary thereto nor to existing laws;

• To handle company-assigned accounts and create and generate new accounts and ensure their efficient and effective service in accordance with the standards set forth by the company;

• To ensure prompt and on-time collection of handled accounts, to follow-up on overdue accounts and to receive and collect payments therefor;

• To submit periodic written reports and analysis, especially of handled accounts and conduct sales and marketing surveys as may be required by the company;

• To conceptualize, make and implement sales and marketing plans and schemes as may be required and in direct consultation with the company;

• To meet the Sales Quota as set forth by the company herein;

• To perform other duties and responsibilities related with, similar and/or analogous to the foregoing and/or as may be required by the company;

• To abide by the standards set forth by the company, to obey the existing policies, rules and regulations as well as policies, rules and regulations which may be promulgated by the company from time to time; and,

• To comply with existing Philippine laws, rules and regulations.

• To meet the monthly quota schedule under the PROBATIONARY QUOTA

• It is understood that once the Account Executive under probationary status is unable to meet the schedule enumerated above, he / she is automatically removed from the program and has failed the probationary status;

• It is understood that once the Account Executive under the probationary status has passed the PROBATIONARY QUOTA PROGRAM.



Qualification:

• Graduate of Business Administration in Marketing Management or any related course.

• With strong sales skills expertise experience

• Has technical knowledge or experience in events and services.

• Fresh graduate or fresh job applicant is welcome, but those with 6 months experience on Sales and Marketing or any job related is an advantage.

• Computer literate with a good communication skill

• Mature with high sense of commitment and passion to the assigned job

• No Attendance Issue

• Proactive and willing to be trained

• Compliance with the company rules and regulations

• Team player with Leadership Skills and Positive Personality

• Willing to work on field, assign to anywhere nationwide, work overtime and weekends if necessar.
