The position will be responsible for ensuring that clients are provided with complete pre-travel documentation in compliance with customer requirements and policies.
-College graduate.
-Must have 1 year of relevant experience in the travel industry.
-Knowledgeable regarding the guidelines and procedures of various embassies.
-Knowledgeable about immigration laws.
-Knowledgeable about travel documentation standards and procedures.
-Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Must have excellent customer service skills and can work with minimal supervision.
-Must be organized.
