Technician Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

-Be the officer-in-charge of a team of technicians responsible for maintenance, repair, and installation of ACUO Union8000 water dispensers.

-Make sure that the service engineers follow standard operating procedures and are properly trained to render superior customer service while performing quality repair and maintenance of our machines.

-Assist in further improvement and development of standard operating procedures.

-Set service goals for the team and track progress towards meeting these goals.

-Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

-At least 2 years experience in supervisory role

-At least 3 years experience in service industry or related role

-Management training experience at service industries are a plus

-Demonstrate strong customer orientation, thought leadership, initiative, teamwork, resourcefulness and accountability

-Good communication and leadership skills
