JOB DESCRIPTION

Reviews and monitors assigned accounts under Remedial Management Unit (RMU-Legal Team).

Performs collection follow up for matured accounts and supplement it with reports.

Assists in the following activities:

Preparation of legal filing.

Submission of legal motions, affidavits, and other legal documents to be submitted to MeTC court.

Initiates external contact with client and perform advanced loss prevention activities ( account settlement).

Performs other duties to be assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree of any Business courses.

2 years experience in Credit and Collection Department.

Able to make great business decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
