The Role
Ensure risk and compliance controls are in place and carry out compliance audits and inspections, identify risk and non-compliances areas and implement corrective actions plans and follow up for resolution.
Conduct unbiased monitoring to identify and prevent unethical, illegal or improper conduct.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
4 - 7 years' experience in business processes risk compliance, assurance and auditing in the UAE / GCC retail industry with excellent incident and report writing skills.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Advanced use of Excel.
EducationBachelor's Degree in Auditing or Finance, Legal or Engineering is mandatory
Candidate Profile
Currently living in the UAE - must be able to live and work in Abu Dhabi.
Confident with an outgoing personality, excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation and time management skills, detail oriented and ability to work with minimum supervision and multi-task.
Fluent in English and Arabic - must be able to read, write and speak fluent English and Arabic.
