Job Description

• To maintain the framework of programs which are exclusive to the company

• Be able to teach a variety of styles - Ballet and Street Jazz is compulsory

• Must have previous experience in teaching all RAD Grades and also younger students

• Previous experience in choreographing for shows

• To train students to high standards in order to sit examinations

• Must of entered students for RAD exams previously

• Be able to work with students of all ages from toddlers through to adults

• To work with beginners through to advanced students

• Have a passions for dance and teaching

• To love working with children

• To be able to help and achieve improvement to each child

• To prepare students for annual staged shows

• To work as a team to create a successful end of year themed show

• To prepare students for events and performances in and around Dubai during term time

• Have the drive to grow within the company and expand student base

• Running Performing Arts camps during the school holidays

• To be organised and perform basic admin duties

• Classes will be based in and around Dubai

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid Driving license

• British

• Fully qualified - Must be fully RAD qualified and have RTS

• 2 years minimum experience

• Able to work with all age ranges (Toddler to Adult)

• Be able to train beg to advanced

• All-rounder (Ballet, Street Jazz, Lyrical, Hip hop)

• Keen and enthusiastic

• Good team player

• Passion and love for dance and teaching

• Wants to progress and develop within the company
