JOB Description:
- To formulate and deliver an individual occupational therapy treatment programme based on a sound knowledge of evidence based practice and treatment options using clinical assessment, reasoning skills and knowledge of treatment skills
- To undertake with supervision a comprehensive assessment of patients, including those with diverse or complex presentations/multi pathologies; use clinical reasoning skills, manual assessment techniques and other alternative options.
- To evaluate patient progress, re-assess and alter treatment programmes if ;
- To manage clinical risk within own patient case ;
- • To be responsible for maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient treatment records in line with standards of practice in the patients document policy.
