• Locate new business opportunities by communicating with prospects and clients via telephone, as well as conducting meaningful and compelling sales presentations to new and existing customers
• Ongoing account management, including client contact with all managerial levels to determine candidate's fit for the assignment and viability to support specific current and future client needs
• Collaborate with multiple markets and corporate accounts team to deliver the best solutions with a client and talent first mentality
• Serve as an industry advisor to clients as it relates to staffing and marketing trends in the digital marketing and creative fields
• Have strong communication skills, in-person, over the phone and via email
