Duties:
ʉۢ Provides a variety of support services to the management.

• Maintaining time and attendance; maintaining office records, files and reference materials

• Records all company invoices.

• Keep track of all financial aspects of the company

• Prepare and process purchasing requirements from the vendors.

• Inputs audit management data and produces financial reports.

• Provides administrative assistance and report to the company ;


Requirements:

• Trade Finance related experience is essential

• Strong understanding of the E-Commerce retail sector in the Middle East Region

• Good knowledge of ERP systems as well MS Office.

• Must have excellent knowledge with Microsoft Office specially Excel.

• Attention to details
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiar with UAE government policies.
