WE NEED A CLIENT SERVICING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR OUR ADVERTISING FIRM IN SHEIKH ZAYED ROAD.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS (HE/SHE WOULD BE SPEAKING TO CLIENTS REPRESENTING OUR ORGANISATION-SHOULD REFLECT A GOOD REPUTATION)
AT LEAST 5+ YEARS UAE EXPERIENCE IN ADVERTISING&MEDIA RELATED JOB (HE/SHE WILL BE HANDLING THE ROLES WITH LESS SUPERVISING).
As a Client Service Manager, the candidate will have to receive client briefings, and analyze the input of client together with background knowledge, research, field feedback etc. to produce creative brief for the Creative & Media team.
Will have to write Business proposals to help close new business, attending client presentations and documenting client scope, making sure that the sales process has progressed effectively.
Provide creative, production, media, public relations and interactive department personnel with well-documented input, support data and production materials as required; ensuring that advertising strategies are clearly defined, approved by clients, and understood by the creative and media groups.
Responsible for staying informed on activities that are being performed on their accounts and being the final sign off on ALL important documentation/deliverable before they go to a client. This includes: budget, project plan, mock-ups, storyboards, deliverables, etc.
The candidate will also have to take care of the initial business development activities
As a Business Development Expert, the candidate has to have skills on below
• Identifying Potential Clients
• Persuading clients to go for branding activities
• Finding out who controls the advertising budget in target organisations and contacting them
• Explaining the benefits of your medium, using statistics on readership or viewing figures
• Offering a price and negotiating around it
• Closing the deal and recording the details

Languages needed : English and Hindi (Arabic gives more priority)
