Job responsibilities:
Ability to develop sketches & designs to a professional execution drawing sheets. Produce Interior design and fit-out detail shop drawings for Joinery/ furniture/ civil work and MEP Prepare multiple versions of designs for review by engineers and dimensions, materials, and procedures for new products. Provide technical expertise and guidance in preparation of efficient datasets, layouts, work statements, drawings and delivery schedules. Prepare complete and concise design and construction drawings including checking and coordinating details and dimensions. Works independently or as a team leader and shares information and knowledge openly. Shows initiative without formal instruction. Work under the supervision of Technical Manager.
Desired Skills:
Minimum 6-10 years experience in GCC. Expert in AutoCAD latest version 2D & 3D. Extremely detail-oriented. Good sense of Design, Color, and Layout. Able to perform time under pressure. High level of responsibility and job commitments. Post graduate Architect or Civil Engineer.
