Position: Sales Officer - Industrial

Job Description:

We are recruiting a Sales Officer for our Industrial Products to develop profitable sales growth of INDUSTRIUM to provide value added and technical support into new and existing customers and within defined target market sectors. This role will be field based covering the GCC Countries with emphasis on UAE, , Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain, however, you will be regularly required to work from our Abu Dhabi Office. This role will report to the Sales Manager - Industrial Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver on targets set for your existing customer base. Achieve growth targets for new business into existing accounts. Drive sales into new customers.

Key Tasks:

Together with Sales Manager / Sales Director, plan your territory in order to develop the business.

Plan, prepare, execute and follow-up on customer minimum call rates and meeting rates.

Liaise with commercial, customer service, stock to ensure profitable business opportunities.

Manage portfolio performance versus sales target.

Ensure all activity is logged.

Desired Skills and Experience


The candidate must have:

Must hold valid UAE license.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in B2B / Civil (Building) / Industrial sales with emphasis on field based experience.

Minimum a diploma & bachelors of engineering or strong equivalent knowledge obtained in practice.

Experience in managing key accounts and should have a strong track record of performance with excellent networking and influencing skills.

Experience working across cultures and in a multi-cultural environment and ability to communicate at all levels.

Strong understanding of industrial products.

Knowledge about WPC industry within the Middle East is an added advantage.

Strong understanding of rotating equipment.

Strong understanding and experience in condition monitoring: Oil analysis interpretation and vibration analysis.

Results orientated professional who takes responsibility for results and own actions.

Proven track record in growing market share and increasing revenue.
