KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


- Data entry

- Inventory keeper

- Answering the phone and recording/distributing messages accordingly

- Communicating with customers (whether by email, phone or face to face)

- Other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations related to matters with the administrative and human resources team


REQUIREMENTS:

- Trustworthy, reliable, hard-working, and willing to learn on the go

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills

- Creative problem-solver

- Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment

- Ability to work in a confidential environment with limited supervision

- background in sales and/or marketing is a HUGE BONUS
