One of our clients in Dubai is looking for Spa Manager; Job responsibilities include supervising a team of a receptionist, training the boutique team on how to sell the boutique items and to earn revenues, managing the boutique inventory and sales. Managing and preparing training calendar for the therapist team. Involved in creating new treatment lists for the guests. Attending and welcoming the guests during check in and briefing them about the treatment. Keeping track records of revenue inventory & capture rate in PMS and in Excel as well .
