The role:
The Project Coordinator plays a primary role in the project, and is responsible for its successful completion. His job is to ensure that the project proceeds within the specified time frame and under the established budget, while achieving its objectives. Project Coordinators make sure that projects are given sufficient resources, while managing relationships with contributors and stakeholders.
Duties and responsibilities:
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget. Interact with operations, understand their client's needs, work with internal team as well as the suppliers and take the job through. Initiate requests for bids, customer quotations, and purchase orders for suppliers .Serve as liaison with suppliers on production-related matters. Keep track of production finances including check requests, invoicing, and reporting. Coordinate appointments and on-site visits to oversee the production progress. Coordinate production requirements and production briefings; Coordinate with suppliers, handle client's queries and troubleshoot on during the whole production process to ensure that all runs smoothly; Oversee the production, dismantling and removal of the products efficiently; Ensure that the Quality of the finished product is up to required standard. Close out all productions as required; Post-production evaluation, including data entry and analysis and producing reports for each production. Archiving of project correspondence and documentation. Maintain digital and paper file systems. Comply with all company policies. Understand and implement Quality control measures to products and processes. Flexible to handle projects based on the unit's workload and upon the request of its supervisors.
Desired skills:
Experience in BTL and Exhibition field is a MUST(Production, quality check and installation).Knowledge in AutoCAD is a plus.
Able to lead a team of labors.
Detail-oriented.
Male candidates ONLY, age between 25-30 ,single and preferable with own car.
4-5 years experience in Dubai within the same field.
