Job details
Managing all accounts under the Group of Companies and whatever accounts belong to owner.
Following up all the PDC Cheques for collection of all customers.
Making receipt vouchers for received PDCs and cash
Making payment vouchers for vendors and suppliers on agreed conditions
Receiving invoices and posting into concerned ledgers
Making income reports on monthly basis of all buildings under company management
Making monthly expenses reports of all buildings under company management
The financial status of the company and its owners will be kept confidential. Any information related to which should not be shared with any party outside the company without taking permission from the Managing Director.
UAE Experience: 4-5 years in Real Estate (Certificate of Employment is a must)
