To submit management reports on a regular basis and in a timely manner that will aid management in making decisions and to monitor and make sure that assigned projects are billed on time and corrected according to agreed terms

Responsibilities:

• Monitors assigned projects; Ensures that delivered services and items of the project are billed correctly and received by clients in a timely and proper manner

• Generates billing; Coordinates with concerned employees on the documentation requirements of the client for billing purposes

• Maintains an accurate and up-to date record of project; Submits weekly report on the progress

• Monitors collection of receivables

• Submits monthly management reports of the ff:

o Comparative data on sales and cost of sales

o Sales analysis

o Accounts receivable and accounts payable analysis

o Inventory analysis

• May be assigned to conduct special audits of some areas of operations.

Qualifications:

CPA and with 4 years of experience in Accounting
