Job details
Ready station for service to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
Prepare quality menu products from scratch in an efficient and professional manner in accordance with recipes and established standards.
Take orders, cashier and serve customer and determine what menu items to prepare and use time management to determine pacing of each order.
Communicates frequently and professionally with team members.
Follows all applicable safety and health department guidelines to ensure a sanitary and safe working environment at all times.
Possess a positive and outgoing attitude
Ability to effectively work independently with minimal supervision
Strong knowledge of back-of-the-house operation
Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Be able to communicate and effectively
Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
Displays an interest in and passion for food and its origins.
Performs closing or opening duties at the end of each shift to ensure cleanliness of the food truck kitchen and preparation for the next day's service.
