Job Description for Sales and Marketing Manager
Delphi Consulting, a technology consulting firm in Dubai, is looking for a qualified professional to join our company. Our company produces quality work for major companies in the UAE, and seeks a professional who can participate in various stages of the sales and business development process as well as in the management of company activities.
We are looking for a high-performing Sales and Marketing Manager with background in IT specifically Microsoft Cloud technologies to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. He/She will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Prepare sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements
Delphi Consulting requires an experienced Account Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. He/She should be a strong sales professional skilled in Negotiation, Consultation, Customer Relationship Management, Sales Management and Business Development with the following requirements:
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Relevant experience in the IT software sales
- Required Experience with Microsoft products like O365, Azure, Skype for Business etc.
• Good understanding of Cloud Computing offerings for IAAS, PAAS and SAAS
Preferred Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Master's Degree in any of the above would be highly advantageous but not mandatory.
• 3-5 years of industry experience as a sales professional required.
Note: This Job post is based in Dubai, UAE and will require candidates to relocate if not residing in UAE. Salary Negotiable.
