• To handle customer inquiries and service requests in a good manner through email and phone calls

• To coordinate with internal departments to provide related customer service support activities, including efficient shipment status inquires and reporting as requested by customers

• To handle and resolve customer complaints with the support from Supervisor

• To convey customer information and feedback to operations and sales teams for review and follow-up actions

• To assist in providing service training to customers when required

• To promote the company products as a value-added service to the customer

• Other duties, tasks and projects as assigned at any time.
