Job location: Al Ain
Nationality: Indian
Minimum experience: 10 years in 5 star hotels restaurants and stand-alone international restaurants preferably in UAE or GCC.
Experiences and references will be strictly verified!
Must be highly skilled in the preparation of International dishes: Italian, French, Diet/Healthy Food, Fish and Pan-Asian recipes.
Must be skilled in beautiful garnish and presentation of the dishes.

Submit professional CV and contact details, if short-listed you will receive a first interview and you will have to execute a number of improvised recipes for which you will receive ingredients and recipes for the interviewers to judge, if successful you will pass to the second stage and prepare a different set of recipes for the employer.
