We require   - SUSHI CHEF, for Abu Dhabi will be responsible for introducing innovative ideas and recipes for sushi . Introduce various ideas to increase sushi sales.  He will responsible for the Sushi counter, sales, staff training, for planning and directing Sushi preparation in the kitchen.
He/She will be responsible to introduce  maintaining the standard of the dishes prepared in the kitchen in terms of recipes and portions.
Will be Assisting in storage, preparation and cooking of all food items whilst adhering to all Company standards.
Will be making sure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organized at all times.
Will also aid in the training of junior chefs.
Will be responsible for training junior staff, inventory, preparing various reports etc
