A new and exciting opportunity has arisen with one of the leading companies in UAE for a Business Development Executive in Abu ;

Our client is in need of a hungry and motivated candidate to help grow their client base.
This role will liaise closely with the commercial and marketing departments and will be reporting to the Key Accounts Manager.

The main responsibility is to increase brand awareness, as well as assist in forming business strategy on how to increase company profile within the region

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships with current and potential clients in order to obtain new business opportunities.

• Collate business and contractor contacts for potential business development opportunities and management of customer relationship database.

• Develop and implement a sales and marketing activity plan for the delivery of agreed-to goals.

• Build a strong sales pipeline.

• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities

• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.



Qualifications and Skills


• Vibrant, energetic and enthusiastic individual

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a reputable university.

• Minimum of 3 years sales experience, UAE experience is essential

• Relevant experience in service industry or real estate industry

• Proven sales track record.

• Works autonomously

• Confident to meet decision makers and networking.

• Initiate and participate in events, conferences and exhibitions

• Great presentation skills.

• Self-driven.

• Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
