For a general hospital in the North of the Netherlands (an hour drive from Amsterdam) we are seeking several European:

Clinical Midwife (24 hours)


The function


As clinical midwife work in the delivery room and the maternity ward where you pregnancies, births and clinical childbirth accompanied with increased risk. Together with your fellow midwives, nursing staff and specialists, can offer care to patients before, during and after delivery. You can independently run business in the maternity unit. You are responsible for assessing patients for their treatment plans and the (independent) counseling of pregnant and part dinosaurs.


We ask


diploma Obstetric preferably supplemented by training in a clinical midwifery and basic ultrasound

Experience 
In the position of clinical midwife you will be able to work both independently and in a team. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic colleagues with an active attitude and good social and communication skills. Collegiality, flexibility and a service-oriented attitude are important to us.


The Department


The department of obstetrics is a dynamic department with a highly variable patient selection, the obstetrics department falls under the unity, woman-child of. Annually about 800 births supervised by gynecologists, midwives and clinical nurse specialist.
