Requirements:
Minimum 7 years' Experience including 2 years in UAE in Construction ;
- A bachelor's degree in safety, health, environmental, technical, scientific, or related engineering ;
- Should have certificates in IOSH, NEBOSH, OSHA ;
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to join within ;
- Must be Approved from TECOM Authority.
Responsibilities:
- Daily site HSE inspections.
- Plan and conduct the safety trainings / awareness program and meetings.
- Job safety analysis, Hazard, Risk assessment & control.
- Safety audit plan and meetings conduct training to staff members & operators for these audits.
- Firefighting systems, Emergency preparedness plan, Evacuation maps maintenance.
- Conducting the Emergency evacuation drills.
- Record keeping and documentation.
- Ensure all the lifting equipment, tools, plants are inspected and certifications.
- Preparing works permits, Lock Out and Tag Out system implementation at project site.
- Near Miss, Accident / incident investigation and Report.
- Review plans and specifications for new machinery and equipment to make sure they meet safety ;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of various industrial control ;
- Ensure that a building or product complies with health and safety regulations, especially after an inspection that required ;
- Install safety devices on machinery or direct the installation of these ;
- Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations, and industrial ;
