Job Description
• Responsible for generating sales in commercial, industrial, government and individual accounts in selling the service and achieve or exceed sales target
• Provide quotations/proposals to existing and prospective clients in accordance with Company's pricing policy.
• Maintain and develop good relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
• Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
• Asks customers for referrals and promote sales to existing clients.
• Perform collections of respective clients.
• Work with a high degree of independence and confidentiality
• Conduct site visit and inspection to the properties,
• Educating the client by explaining what we found, what we going to do, and what they expect.
