Job details
To be an inspector, you would need to have:
Experience Required:
ï‚· A minimum of two years' experience as an Ofsted inspector
ï‚· Have a minimum of five years' successful teaching experience within
the relevant remit;
ï‚· An additional minimum of two years' successful and substantial
management experience in the relevant area; and
ï‚· Experience gained from more than one educational entity
ï‚· Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge and practice in the sector.
Education Requirements:
ï‚· A degree in a relevant subject area such as education, childcare or
social work
ï‚· IELTS 7 Academic for non-Native English speakers.

ï‚· Observation and interviewing skills.
ï‚· The ability to gather, analyse and interpret evidence.
ï‚· The ability to make fair and firm judgements
ï‚· Teamwork and leadership skills
ï‚· Organisational ability to work to tight deadlines

ï‚· The ability to give feedback and advice in an assertive but sensitive way
