JOB DESCRIPTION

Reports directly to the Managing Director

Provide general assistance to the Managing Director in any work assigned

Superior knowledge in SEC, BIR & Business registration, maintenance and renewals

Liaise with government agencies for speedy registration and renewals.

Other matters that may be assigned from time to time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Law or any equivalent course.

Preferably at least 1 year of experience specializing in Law, Legal Services, or equivalent

Strong analytical and planning skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

Exemplary verbal and written communication skills

Keen attention to details, excellent organizational skills, and discretion on confidential information

Willing to work in Paseo de Roxas near Greenbelt, Makati City
