We are seeking a talented Freelance PR professional who is enthusiastic about PR and is professional, independent, and willing to do what it takes to generate connections and business.
Responsibilities:
• Develop PR events calendars and plans
• Writing press releases, preparing information for the media and distributing press releases to targeted media
• Featuring our business in at least two publications per month for readers in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar
• Respond to information requests from the media
• Help clients communicate effectively with the public
• Arrange interviews for an organization's top executives
• Explore and identify ways to integrate PR communication into business strategies and marketing campaigns
Desired Skills and Experience:
• 2 to 5 years experience in PR, communications, marketing and media is highly desirable.
• Have connections with PR contacts, press and magazines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills, with strategic content creation.
• Drive, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn;
• Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Time management skills including the ability to handle multiple requests with changing priorities.
• Arabic is a plus.
