Experience: 3-4 Years in Warehouse Management

Job Description
• Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area and assist in maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse
• Monitor all inbound and outbound inventory movement and accountable for planning and direction of all warehouse operations
• Assess the availability of space and prepare stacking and storage plans
• Supervise up to 40 staff members and prepare weekly and daily roasters in coordination with Customer Support Team Lead for customer's deliveries
• Plan, organize and direct warehousing related administrative services
• Address problems with shipping delays, quality-control issues and compile weekly reports to senior management with solutions and actions regarding performance, operational issues that require attention, resource and health and safety management
• Develop, implement and enforce material-handling policies/procedures and regulatory-compliance procedures
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with the team especially workers, as well as with warehouse support team
Skills
• Good planning and time management skills will be an added advantage
• Should have knowledge about Dubai import/export regulations
• Highly motivated and able to encourage team members to meet targets
