Monitoring inventory transactions
Verify/confirm/count & Keep records of items delivered out, received in, or transferred to another location
Maintain the required documents for each transaction to be in order
Assisting in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory
Perform physical stock comparison to the system stock and highlight variances to the management.
Process monthly inventory adjustment and record required to achieve timely close
Responsible for reorder level item stock
Ensure that the goods delivered to the warehouse are in accordance with approved orders and the associated bill of lading or invoice
