Principal Role: Perform production activities to correct standards and specifications.
Key Result Areas:
- Delivery Performance

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure planned production is fulfilled with the aim of achieving on time delivery of product.
- Lead by example in terms of time keeping, attendance, quality, productivity, conduct etc.
- Provide appropriate assistance to all team members and remain accountable for their capability.
- Recording problems, rework details and highlighting any improvements.
- Carry out training to maintain skills and to meet future requirements .
- Mentor team members when requested by Supervisors/Management.
- Support the development of successful behaviour and skills within the team through constructive and timely.
- Assist Team Leader (if appropriate) as required.
- Ensure good housekeeping is maintained in work areas and actively support any new housekeeping.
- To carry out all tasks in accordance with Rockford Xellerix Quality Manual and Health and Safety processes.
- To support and effectively communicate changes to standards, policies, processes and products to ensure the team are fully informed and positively adapt to.
- To interact and communicate with all other team members to ensure a professional and consistent environment is developed and maintained.
- To perform all duties as directed by the Team Leader/Supervisor.
