Our client, an international group of companies with luxuries properties, is looking for a skilled and experienced Club Manager to establish and develop the key concepts together with the business and financial imperatives for this high end operation.

Working conditions:

• Work and residence permit are paid by employer

• Official salary from 2600 to 3200 USD + %

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Club operations (5-6 years)

• Night club experience in 4/5 star hotels in Gulf and Europe

• Fluent English & Arabic

• Leadership Qualities, Guest Oriented

• Diploma in Hotel Mgt.

• Computer knowledge and good communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with entertainment providers, celebrities and events managers in order to bring business to the night club

• Actively solicit, take bookings for and maintain relationships with potential customers, promoters and DJs

• Work with Security, hostess and other relevant operations team members to set and enforce door policy

• Work closely with Bar Manager and team, reporting regarding customer feedback and special guest requirements

• Ensure quality control of customer's club experience. Manage promotion of venue through all available mediums

• Oversee the creation and production of all Club marketing materials. Ensure all materials are up to date and current

• Create, develop and execute a marketing plan
